Communication, both verbal and written, is crucial for conveying ideas clearly, presenting recommendations persuasively, and fostering strong client relationships. The ability to break down concepts into digestible forms of dialect for others to understand is imperative within the consulting world.

Strong Leaders

Demonstrated leadership qualities and passion for the club, such as initiative, accountability, and the ability to motivate and inspire others, are highly valued, as they drive the club's success and cultivate future industry leaders.
